Ted Nugent | $1.4 Million, Texas

Born on December 13, 1948, in Rifle, Michigan, USA, Theodore Anthony Nugent is a popular musician. He started learning guitar at the age of 9 and gained credit for being the lead guitarist of the band The Amboy Dukes back in 1963. After the group disbanded, Nugent continued his career as a solo artist. Nugent had quite a unique singing voice and used this to his advantage. As a soloist, he collaborated with the likes of Derek St. Holmes, Brian Howe, and Meat Loaf.

From the late 80s to the early 90s, Nugent was part of the band Damn Yankees. With his wife Shemane Deziel, they managed to save up for a house – among other properties – in Waco, Texas. They purchased the home from Allen Samuels for $1.4 million. The house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an outdoor pool.
